We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for creating exceptional customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint, and supporting daily operations with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, and passionate about delivering a great experience to every customer.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, and via email with professionalism and warmth.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and events.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Track and report recurring customer feedback or issues to management.
Support special events, promotions, activities, and seasonal activities as needed.
Assist the role of Event Manager, and Talent Manager as needed: booking events, performing talent, creating invoices, etc.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced or challenging situations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with point-of-sale systems (Toast), email, and general computer use.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Bilingual preferred, English/Spanish.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
