Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our facilities. This position focuses primarily on the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of restrooms and common areas while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms throughout the day, ensuring they remain stocked with soap, paper products, and other essential supplies.
* Perform routine cleaning of sinks, toilets, mirrors, partitions, floors, and other restroom fixtures.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash receptacles, and sanitize common areas as assigned.
* Respond promptly to cleaning requests from managers to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
* Monitor restroom conditions throughout the shift and perform frequent touch-ups as needed.
* Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment while following all safety procedures.
* Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management promptly.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
* Be punctual, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling.
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
