The Sales Associate provides excellent customer service by assisting with product information, organizing the store, and processing payments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide information on products and current promotions.
- Be open to using products following established safety protocols.
- Learn techniques for handling products used in specific production processes.
- Train and guide customers in the safe and proper use of the products involved in the processes.
- Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays, inventory account.
- Operate the register, handle payments and returns.
- Help meet individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
Must have legal authorization to work.
