Position Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
• Experience with:
• Pâtisserie
• Ganache
• Tempering chocolate
• Cake decorating
• Buttercream work
• Pastries and dessert production
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and work efficiently during morning production
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional communication
• Must fit well with fast-paced environment at Port 27
Schedule & Availability
• Morning shifts only: approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Must be available to work:
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week for full-time positions
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older
• Food Handler Certification required
• Pastry/Bakery certification preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous professional bakery or pastry experience preferred
Compensation
• Starting at $15/hour (based on experience)
