About the Role
We’re hiring active, safety-focused team members to help run our water sports activities. This role involves setting up, instructing, and ensuring guest safety during water-based recreation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be comfortable in and around water
Lifeguard certification or water safety training preferred
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
First aid/CPR certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down water sport equipment
Assist and instruct guests on safe equipment use
Monitor water activities and enforce safety protocols
Report incidents and maintain equipment
Maintain cleanliness and order of the area
