Jingle Jolly Jog 5K

Get ready to ring in the holiday season with us and come be a part of the Jingle Jolly Jog! 

Route will be an out and back course starting and finishing at Port 27.

Enjoy your bling with finisher medals, shirts, and free post run beer. We will be having an after party for all participants, with vendors, giveaways and family fun!

Race Date: December 6th

Race Start Tme: 7:00am

Price: $55 per participant, 12 and under are free

Race Includes: Race bib with official tracking, finisher medal, commemorative shirt and drawstring bag. Only for paid participants.

Registration and Participation:

• All participants must complete registration and sign the event waiver prior to participating.

• Race bibs must be worn and visible at all times during the event.

• Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian complete registration and waiver forms.

• The event will take place rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by organizers or local authorities.

Check in and Start Time:

• Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 45–60 minutes before race time for parking, check-in, and warm-up.

• The race will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to start after the official race launch.

Safety Guidelines

• Please follow all instructions from race staff, volunteers, and law enforcement.

• Strollers and walkers are welcome unless otherwise noted.

• Headphones are permitted at low volume so participants remain aware of surroundings.

• No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or pets are allowed on the race course unless approved by event organizers.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas at Port 27 Brewing after the race.

• Participants must present valid ID for alcoholic beverage purchases or complimentary drinks.

• Please celebrate responsibly. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Photography & Media

• By participating, attendees grant permission for event photos and videos to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Port 27 Brewing.

Refunds & Transfers

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Tickets are not transferable.

  
  

Weather & Emergency Conditions

• In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, organizers may delay, modify, or cancel the event for participant safety.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond organizer control.

Respect & Community

• This is a family-friendly community event. Respectful behavior toward staff, volunteers, vendors, and fellow participants is expected at all times.

• Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

Cleanup & Venue Respect

• Please help keep the venue and course clean by disposing of trash properly.

• Respect neighboring businesses, property, and public areas throughout the event.
