Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member to join the Port 27 team. This position is responsible for preparing food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare food and beverages accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Process customer orders professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed to support daily operations.
Assist with opening, closing, and general operational duties as assigned by management.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
Be punctual, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, café, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Food Handler Certification required or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
